The college of Science, Engineering and Technology is saddened by the loss of one of our own. We offer condolences to family and friends.

Angie Moore, Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MET) student

The AMET faculty and staff are saddened at the loss of one of our finest students, Angie Moore. It was my honor to know and work with Angie over the past several years as my advisee and as long time friend of our family. She was entering her final year of completing the Manufacturing Engineering Technology BS degree. She was working on her applied Senior Design Project as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern with Emerson Network Power, of Waseca, Minnesota. This was an exciting time for Angie, who came to our program after seeking to advance her educational goals through preparation in the Mechanical Engineering program. In our many visits, her career focus became focused on applied engineering technology in the manufacturing arena. Angie had a real gift for making us smile, since she was always smiling and helping us put our mutually hectic schedules in perspective. She will be missed but never forgotten.
